For over 20 years, I’ve helped leaders and organizations build the clarity, agility, and leadership strength to get stronger results. My clients range from emerging high-potential leaders to seasoned executives, across industries like financial services, tech, engineering, non-profit, and consumer brands.

Before coaching, I spent years inside the business at Bank of America—supporting leaders, launching talent strategies, and navigating change in fast-paced environments like Technology, Commercial, and Investment Banking. I understand the realities you’re facing, because I’ve been there: managing performance, navigating culture shifts, and building leadership pipelines under pressure. 

Before stepping into corporate roles, I was in sales and worked with manufacturers —learning how to connect quickly, solve real problems, and earn trust in high-stakes environments. I also worked at a camp for inner-city kids, and had a brief stint as a disc jockey (where I learned the power of clarity, confidence, and presence). These early experiences still shape how I work: grounded, practical, and focused on what really matters to the people I support.
